The Rod Man

We provide manufactured custom rods for both the Chesapeake Bay and off shore fishing. In the family owned business, Steve and Eric Kellner have been selling and distributing these rods for more than 35 years. "The Rod Man" provides long lasting, quality fishing rods and reels for all fishermen.

What We Do

We set you up with fishing rods, reels, or rod and reel combos that will last! We can outfit you, or your whole boat, with matching rods and reels.

We carry Sam Scott and Charter Pro fishing rods along with Penn, Shimano, Okuma, and Shakespeare reels.

All of our rods are made with Shakespeare ugly stick and solid blanks. Some specialty rods are made with Sabre blanks. Every guide is over and under wrapped with three to four coats of epoxy.
